There are a few ways to reach your cPanel. The client area option always works, even before your domain points to us.
Option 1: From the client area (recommended)
- Log in to the HTN Cloud client area.
- Go to Services → My Services and click your hosting plan.
- Click Log in to cPanel. You are signed in automatically, with no password to type.
From the same page you can also use Log in to Webmail and the quick shortcuts for email accounts, File Manager and databases.
Option 2: Using your domain
Once your domain points to HTN Cloud, you can open cPanel directly in your browser:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanelhttps://yourdomain.com:2083
Log in with the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.
Option 3: Using the server address
Your welcome email also includes the server address for cPanel. It works even if your domain is not connected yet.
Can't log in?
- Wrong password: reset it from the client area. See How to change your cPanel password.
- The page doesn't load: your domain may not point to us yet. Use Option 1 or 3 instead. See Why isn't my website showing yet? (DNS propagation).
- Too many failed attempts: for security, repeated failed logins can block your IP address for a while. Wait a little and try again, or open a support ticket.
