You can add your HTN Cloud email to the Mail app on iPhone and iPad in two ways: with an automatic profile (easiest) or manually.
Option 1: Automatic profile (easiest)
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Safari and log in to cPanel.
- Go to Email → Email Accounts and tap Connect Devices next to your address.
- Under Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts, tap IMAP over SSL/TLS next to iOS for iPhone/iPad/iPod and MacOS Mail.app.
- Allow the download, then open Settings. Tap Profile Downloaded and then Install.
- Enter your email password when asked.
Option 2: Manual setup
- Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts → Add Account. On older iOS versions: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
- Tap Other → Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, full email address, password and a description, then tap Next.
- Choose IMAP and fill in:
- Incoming Mail Server: host name
yourdomain.com(as shown in Connect Devices), user name = your full email address, your password - Outgoing Mail Server: the same host name, user name and password
- Incoming Mail Server: host name
- Tap Next, then Save.
iOS usually finds the secure ports by itself. If it doesn't, open the account again, go to Advanced and set incoming to port 993 with SSL and outgoing (SMTP) to port 465 with SSL.
