How to set up your email on Android Print

  • 0

Most Android phones use the Gmail app for all email accounts, including your HTN Cloud mailbox. Other apps, such as Outlook for Android or Samsung Email, ask for the same settings.

Add your account in the Gmail app

  1. Open the Gmail app, tap your profile picture and choose Add another account.
  2. Choose Other.
  3. Enter your full email address and tap Manual setup.
  4. Choose Personal (IMAP).
  5. Enter your email password and tap Next.
  6. Incoming server settings:
    • Username: your full email address
    • Server: yourdomain.com (as shown in cPanel → Connect Devices)
    • Port: 993, Security type: SSL/TLS
  7. Outgoing server settings:
    • Require sign-in: on
    • Username: your full email address
    • SMTP server: the same server name
    • Port: 465, Security type: SSL/TLS
  8. Choose how often to sync, then tap Next and give the account a name.
Tip: if the app says the certificate isn't valid, check that you used the exact server name from Connect Devices and that your domain points to HTN Cloud. Don't accept an invalid certificate.
